Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-06-29.

Mrs. Landingham (the “app”) is a personal, single-user deployment of NanoClaw operated solely by Aaron Collegeman. The only authorized user is Aaron Collegeman himself; the app does not offer accounts, sign-ups, or services to anyone else.

What data the app accesses

When connected to Aaron's personal Google account, the app uses the following Google OAuth scopes:

How that data is used

Message content is read into the running agent process so the agent can classify, label, and draft replies. The output is: labels applied in Gmail, drafts saved in Gmail Drafts, and short text summaries delivered to Aaron via Telegram or rendered as private HTML reports served on a private domain. All of this acts on Aaron's own mail only.

How that data is stored and retained

The app runs on a single Linux VM owned and operated by Aaron. Message content is held in memory during processing and written to local SQLite session databases only insofar as required for the agent to function. There is no cloud database, no analytics pipeline, no third-party data store, and no long-term archive of message content beyond what is kept in Gmail itself.

What the app does NOT do

Third parties

To produce drafts and classifications, message content is sent to the Anthropic Claude API under Aaron's own API account, governed by Anthropic's data-handling terms. No other third-party processor receives message content.

Data deletion and revocation

The sole user can revoke the app's Google OAuth grant at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revocation immediately and permanently terminates the app's access.
