Mrs. Landingham (the “app”) is a private, single-user deployment of an open-source AI agent framework. It is operated by Aaron Collegeman solely for his own personal use.
Who may use the app
The app is not offered as a service to the public. There is no sign-up, no support, and no SLA. The only authorized user is the operator, Aaron Collegeman.
Acceptable use
If you arrive at the Google OAuth consent screen for this app, you should decline. The app is not intended for your use and grants you nothing.
Disclaimer of warranty
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the app.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Updates take effect on the date noted above. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance.
